Wuhan Cymbals and Gongs, free of copyrights to be used as deemed. By submitting this form, you agree to these terms and conditions.

By submitting this online application form, I certify that the information given on this application and in any other supporting documentation or interview is true and correct. I understand that any false information, willful or negligent misrepresentation or failure to disclose any requested information constitutes sufficient grounds for Grover Trophy Music Group. d.b.a. Wuhan Cymbals and Gongs to terminate my application without notice. I further understand that Grover Trophy Music Group will perform a pre-endorsement investigation to determine my suitability for endorsement, and I authorize Grover Trophy Music Group Inc. d.b.a. Wuhan Cymbals and Gongs to secure the information necessary to decide.
